About The Space-

This condo was semi- remodeled as of April 2022 it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lots of sleeping space for your family.

Open concept kitchen opens to living room, all new furniture. Bedrooms have all new furniture too..

End of street you can actually fish as City owns that. (we do not guarantee you catch fish 

The patio and pool are some of the best parts! The Patio has chairs to watch the sunset, with great bay views on a fairly quiet street. Just 1.5 walkable blocks to the beach & public beach access points. Pool is brand new as of March 2022.

This is also a 2nd floor 2 bedroom condo so going up 1 flight of stairs is required. 2 included off street parking spaces are included. We allow up to 8 people – however 8 is less than ideal as this is a 2 bedroom not a 3 bedroom space. This 4 plex is older but in great shape.

King bed in master plus a small fold down couch in living room perfect for kiddos. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed but bottom bunk is a Queen, top bunk is adult sized double bed. The 2nd bedroom please note is smaller, and children should watch themselves getting into top bunk as there is a ceiling fan present.

There is a washer in dryer in garage that all guests may use. It is shared, FYI

This is the upstairs 2 bedroom condo on the LEFT or east side of building if you were facing building with your back to street. Downstairs are 2 one bedroom stand alone units with no access to this space. The pool and backyard are shared space. You are renting 1 condo out of 4.

We have another 2 bedroom 2 bath condo next door to this in same 4 plex, plus the 2 downstairs 1 bedrooms – all have full kitchens and living rooms. Rent entire 4 plex to accommodate up to 28 people. We also have a private home even closer to bay with private pool & jacuzzi that allows up to 14 more people for family get togethers. Just message us for a price on all.
