Escape to our luxurious home in Fraser, a charming mountain town near Winter Park Resort. Nestled within the Grand Park neighborhood, this property offers the perfect setting for family getaways. You'll be just two miles from the shops and restaurants of Downtown Winter Park, half a mile from the Fraser Valley Recreation Center, and approximately four miles from Winter Park Resort (6.5 miles to the Mary Jane Entrance).
"Lots of space! Easily able to fit 10 people. The reading nook upstairs was also loved as a little retreat for people. We loved that the bus stop to get to the slopes was literally right outside the front door! The kitchen was also super well stocked. All the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you could want."- Kestutis M.
After a day of mountain adventures, cozy up by the gas fireplace or soak in the private hot tub. Watch your favorite shows on the 55” TV, equipped with streaming capabilities, cable, and a DVD player. The second living room upstairs also features a 55” smart TV and a DVD player, making it a perfect hangout spot for the kids. Both living rooms come stocked with an assortment of board games and DVDs.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop bar that seats four. It’s well-equipped for all your cooking needs, including both drip and Keurig coffee options. Enjoy meals at the classic wood dining table that seats six. Surrounded by trees, this townhouse offers a secluded feel. Step out onto the patio, fire up the gas grill, and dine alfresco at the table for four, all while enjoying the crisp mountain air.
The backyard leads to hiking and cross-country skiing trails, a frisbee golf course, and numerous ponds where guests can fish.
