Description
Welcome to Estero Cove a resort-styledroom, two-bath condo located on the beautiful Estero Boulevard just across from the Gulf of Mexico. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina, a CVS pharmacy, and the Santini Marina Plaza with its wide variety of shops and restaurants. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and with bocce ball in season. Pickleball courts are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided, and your stacked washer and dryer. On arrival there is ample parking, then access is via a secure elevator from the ground floor to the second floor above ground level, then into the open plan kitchen, dining bar, and living room. There is cool tile flooring throughout.
The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a glass top range with a self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. There is a peninsular bar with cabinets on the kitchen side and two high-boy chairs at the dining bar. This flows into the living area which has a sofa with a matching loveseat, an end table with a lamp, and a side chair. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the screen-enclosed balcony with a table seating up to four. The view from here overlooks Estero Boulevard, the Gulf of Mexico, and Sanibel Island in the distance.
The master bedroom has an adjustable queen-size bed, nightstand, side chair, and lamp, a walk-in closet with a 5-drawer chest, as well as a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from this bedroom provide private access out to the previously mentioned screened-in balcony. The en-suite bath has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Off the kitchen area are the guest bedroom, guest bath, and laundry. The bedroom has an adjustable queen-size bed as well, a double dresser with a mirror, and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a combination tub/shower. Just outside the guest bathroom door and behind louvered doors is the convenient stacked washer and dryer.
