Unit is 3419 is centrally located and highly updated. The unit and complex are directly across the street from world famous Charlie Young Beach. The unit is very centrally located to Kihei. Shopping, surfing, beaches, dining, and all within a couple of blocks. The unit comes stocked with all the creature comforts of home including a full size washer and dryer.
Ocean Views from the lanai are a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice Mai Tai for sunset. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with tile throughout. The main floor bathroom has a tub and the upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower. You will need a shower after coming back from a snorkel or scuba trip leaving from the small Kihei boat ramp. The boat ramp is only minutes from the unit and during the season also has amazing whale watch tours! If the water and beach aren’t your thing Maui has some of the best golfing in the world and boasts the first PGA tour event of the year.
The unit boasts a king bed in the primary bedroom and multiple sleeping configurations in the second loft bedroom. The second bedroom can be configured into two single beds or a king bed. We just ask that you give your preference when you book this unit. The living area also has a pullout couch with a super comfy queen bed. The unit has two air conditioning units for your comfort, however, Maui’s amazing trade winds allow for a great cross breeze plus there are fans in all of the rooms to help increase the air flow.
The complex offers free parking, one of our 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, 4 outdoor gas barbecues and free WIFI. The home has cable television and is a smart tv so that you can log into your favorite streaming service. There is some beach gear in the closet on the lanai.
Property Manager is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.
