Property Manager presents, Mala House a newly designed, luxurious three story home with a private pool on the third floor. Enjoy beautiful views of the beach while relaxing on the many balcony spaces this home has to offer. This residence has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 guests.
The first floor of this home welcomes you with 14ft ceilings and a cozy living room space. The first bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The next bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a loft. There is a full size bathroom on this floor.
The second floor treats you to the master bedroom which has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The next bedroom has a king size bed and shared access to the bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room has a twin over twin, queen sleeper sofa, shared access to the bathroom, and gulf views from the balcony. There is a laundry room on this floor.
The third floor is the heart of the home. Enjoy beautiful views while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample amount of marble countertops. The stylish dining table can accommodate 8 guests. The living room provides comfortable seating while relaxing indoors. The third floor balcony has a private pool (that can be heated for $50/day). Whether you are in the pool or enjoying the balcony, the views of the white sandy beaches are unmatched!
