Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with extra large balcony located in Destin Pointe.
Find your vacation destination here at Magnolia House 112. This condo comes with one complimentary beach set up per day during season
The kitchen is large and in charge, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances, and silverware needed to prepare your signature feast. The floors are tiled throughout except carpet in the bedrooms.
There is a King bed in the master bedroom with private bath featuring a combination tub/shower.
The guest room offers 2 Full size beds so nobody has to squeeze into a Twin size bed or sleep on the couch. The bedding in this condo can accommodate a maximum of 6.
There are TV’s in every room with all the premium channels including HBO and Disney. There is also free internet service for the tech junkie in all of us.
Step out on your private balcony and enjoy spectacular Destin sunsets, or walk to one of the two pools, the closest of which is only steps away from the condo.
If you prefer the pristine Gulf of Mexico and crystal white sands over the pool then the condo is only short walk to the beach or you can take the complimentary trolley service (seasonal) that will come pick you up.
