(A) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of $500 will apply for smoking inside.
(B) Small pets may be permitted with prior approval. There will be a pet fee of $50 per day charged for pets. Pets must be monitored and controlled and are not allowed on the furniture.
(C) Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud parties are not permitted. Violation may result in eviction and forfeit of the remainder of your stay. Please be respectful of the property.
(D) All garbage must be disposed of in the designated receptacles before departure.
