This high style vacation home is all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine! Los Palmas boasts incredible mountain views, an outdoor dining area, and gas fire pit and so much more. Los Palmas includes a spacious floor plan, two car garage and two drive-way parking spaces. Close to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive and minutes to Downtown Palm Spring.
This designer chic vacation home has a great vibe. The focus is on easy, livable comfort. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other. Enjoy plenty of space for your entire group to relax and kickback. Los Palmas has everything you need for the way we live today - including 3 Bedrooms and 2 spacious Bathrooms, Modern Kitchen, amazing heating and cooling systems,High Speed Internet, 3 Flat Screen Smart TVs, and a Gas Fireplace. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and the dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living room.
The back yard contains plenty of sitting seating to enjoy shaded and full sun areas, gas BBQ, and a modern fire pit, lounge area with spectacular mountain views and completely walled for privacy. With a view of the World's famous Aerial Tram, Towering Palm Trees and Mountain Views, it's a great space for living the good life!
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The deluxe master suite is gorgeous and large and comes with a sitting desk with large monitors for working when the mood strikes. It has a king size bed with an en-suite bath opens with French Doors to the backyard . A queen size bedroom and 2 twin guest rooms share easy access to the hall bathroom.
Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
- Utilities not included in 29-day plus rentals
- Occupants must respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
-Guests will sign Arrived "Terms and Conditions" form and "Lease Agreement"
