Resort Plaza is conveniently located at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and offers a ski in ski out access. The Lodge at Mountain Village Condominium #303 offers 1 Bedroom plus 1 Loft Bedroom and 2 Full bathrooms. This well-appointed Gold rated condominium offers a beautifully decorated and spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with dining island and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The rental offers air-conditioning for the warmer months. The bedding offers 1 King bed in the master bedroom and 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed in the second bedroom. The living room offers a queen sized sofa bed. This comfortable vacation rental offers a gas fireplace, a small balcony with courtyard and mountain views and complimentary wi-fi access. A community coin-operated laundry facility is just down the hallway from the rental.
The Lodge at Mountain Village is conveniently located slope side at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and offers an exercise facility, community hot tub and swimming pool, elevator, underground parking and community ski locker facility which exits directly onto the slopes at the Park City Resort. The Lodge at Mountain Village condominiums are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the ice skating rink.
~Available for Winter nightly rentals and Spring/Summer/Fall monthly and nightly rentals. This rental offers air-conditioning for the summer months.
~Lodge at Mountain Village guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~ Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
