You can enjoy views of the lake while sitting out on the patio furniture, or better yet, while basking in the sun, relaxing with a cold drink. This light and spacious air-conditioned home has everything you need. The house can accommodate 8 guests.

Fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with a brand new stove installed Mar 2023
Family room with TV, and sliding glass doors to the fully screened pool area
Master suite with King-size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, walk-in shower, giant bath
Second master with Queen bed and ensuite shower room and bath.
Third room cars themed with a new Queen bed (added Nov 2024)
Fourth room princess themed with twin bedrooms.
The 3rd bathroom is shared with bedrooms 3 and 4
Lake Berkley is situated in the central 192 resort area close to Medieval Times, Old Town, Fun Spot and many shops and restaurants. Drive time to Disney's gate is approximately ten minutes. The Lake Berkley development has lakes, tennis courts, a nature trail, an artificial beach area, a club house, a community pool and a children's play area - all for your use. And there is 24-hour security on duty at the gate so you can check in at anytime!
The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.
