Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

A light, airy living area invites you to relax inside your contemporary home and your waterfront balcony beckons you outside to soak in Island sunshine and fresh, salt air. Gourmet meals are a joy to make in a fully stocked, beautifully appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and abundant storage space. Large windows let you take in water views while you enjoy meals in your spacious dining area. A comfy sectional couch, lounge chair and big windows to let in light and water views make the living room a great space to relax or to entertain. A bonus room provides extra space with a love seat to enjoy your favorite movies or reading a book!
Rest comfortably in your master suite with a king sized bed and a private bath. Guests enjoy twin beds that can be combined to make a king bed or kept separate for private sleeping. A full bath is located conveniently in the hallway to be shared by guests. Both bathrooms are stylish with granite counters and tile accents while functional with tub/shower combinations. The property sleeps up to 4 guests in beds, however, you may bring up to 6 guests if you would like to bring additional sleeping accommodations such as an air mattress with you.
You'll love splashing in the sparkling infinity pool spilling into the channel and lounging in the bubbling hot tub. Outdoor restrooms, showers, covered picnic areas and a one block stroll to the beach complete your vacation experience at Las Marinas!
