So, you’re looking for somewhere to stay during your vacation in the Orlando/Kissimmee area? Are you looking for somewhere that has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 people, and has a private pool and games room? If so, this could be the place for you. Read on to see if this vacation villa is the right fit for you. Let’s go over the bedrooms first. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size beds, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, perfect for the younger members of the family. Will these bedrooms fit your needs? Great! Read on to learn more about this house and be sure to check out all the photos. The kitchen is large and has wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the small appliances, bowls, utensils, etc. that you’d need to cook up anything you want. Just off of the kitchen is a dining area/breakfast nook where you can seat up to 6 people comfortably. Need somewhere a little more formal that has even more seating? Try the formal dining room towards the front of the house. Here, you’ll find a chunky wooden dining suite that has seating for up to 8 people. In the living room area, you’ll find 3 leather sofas, a large flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that let in natural light and let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s a large pool for you to cool off in, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a patio table, chairs, and umbrella for those who want to relax outside in some shade with their favorite beverage. Want to have some indoor fun? Head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a foosball table and a pool table. You’re bound to spend hours in this room! Did we mention there’s free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the vacation villa?

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
