This 3-bedroom condo is 1,700 sq feet of vacation living, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to prep meals for your group. You will also enjoy the incredible rooftop deck overlooking the desert landscape where you can enjoy warm evenings around the fire table. While you may not want to leave the comforts of this beautiful rental, be sure to save some time to venture over to The Shores Resort where you can access the incredible resort pool, Lagoon, beaches, sand volleyball, snack shack, pickleball courts, and more!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Property Manager guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. Promo codes will be emailed out 48 hrs after booking with a list of our 13 different partners!
There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.
