The owners have extensively upgraded and made changes that every guest will absolutely LOVE!
This condo has an extremely spacious lanai allowing access from all rooms: Living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom.
The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both bedrooms & very large TV in Living Room! Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room!
Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.
The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a Shower to use.
An excellent option for 4, as there is a Queen sized bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.
Enjoy an amazing Kona sunset, while feeling a strong tropical breeze. A perfect vacation destination.
Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

We had a few issues in that the disposal did not work, the A/C units were noisy and the cushions on the lanai need to be replaced, but all in all, it was a great price point with a terrific location.
The booking was easy and the Management company was awesome. I had texted back and forth a few times and the responce was almost immediate.
If I had to give a negative, the shower towles can be updated.
Very quiet and private. The air conditioning in each room was loud, but it was good to have it because most places in Hawaii don't have any at all. There were some nights that we couldn't leave the doors open because of the noisy wildlife (non-human). We got used to it after a couple of days. Good parking at no extra charge.
It was an easy walk to dining, shave ice and snorkeling and close to the waterfront and many conveniences. We enjoyed drinks looking out at the ocean at the Royal Kona across the street. We explored the natural beauty of the"dry" side of the island.
After we left, the management called about a necklace I left behind. It had great sentimental value and I appreciate the effort to return it to me.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
The contemporary condo has a bay view and lanai from which to view it. Comfortable beds, easy to use kitchen, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, large TV. A good time was had by all.
The only negative, and we say this only so it might be improved upon, is that we had advised Knutson management by phone the day after arrival that there were a number of broken items in the unit that should be fixed. Not major items but things that should be looked at so they don't get worse, and from our estimation - easily fixed. The representative advise that the maintenance person would be advised and be to the unit as soon as possible. 9 days later when we left we had never seen anyone, and nothing had been fixed. From memory, the shelving in the master bedroom closet was pulled off the wall, a few screen patches had fallen off, all three AC units had a red filter light on, the main living area AC unit was leaking so much water it had pooled on the lanai, which left a small lake for the entire stay (AC unit was not used much), the rear legs on a chair in the second bedroom were bent in and likely to break off under weight, and one of the hinges on one of the new kitchen cabinets was very loose and the door was not aligned right.
The location and place is awesome. cleaness is okay except a lot of dust in the vent on the ceiling.
whilte towels looks grayish so it doesn't look clean even if washed and dry, recomend colorful towels so looks cleaner.
I requested filter in AC needs to be cleaned because the light turned on to be cleaned but never got a response on that.
I think it's not nice to mention last minute about possible extra charge for excessive use of AC. Tourists mostly spend time outside during the day and come home late. It not necessarily mention, and payment is already made and supposed to be inclusive not as a hidden poassible fee.
I hope that this can help you to improve service for others.
