Kona Mansions is located near all the action spots in Kailua Village, short distance to Honl's beach, close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Kailua pier and all the events that take in place in downtown Kona. There is a pool & common area BBQ's at the complex for your use as well.
We want your stay to be exceptional, so we do want to make sure to PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
*** While there is a sliding door that allows for the breeze to quickly and efficiently keep the unit comfortable, there is NO balcony/lanai.

If you're looking for a clean, freshly remodeled kitchen and bathroom this is your location. Restaurants, the ocean and entertainment is walking distant from this location. We will definitely look to rent this condo again. The management company,Knutson & Associates were amazing and helpful.
Bottom line, we will come back again.
