2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive fresh flowers & a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Mansions#229 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Was well enough equipped, but only outside was upstairs thru bedroom and with afternoon sun to hot to sit, but could catch a sunset sort of. Stairs need night light. Overall ok
pool area were very clean also. The vacuum cleaner in the unit was broken and I called and a new one was sent the next day. I used the AC upstairs every night, I never used the guest room but not having AC in that second bedroom would have been an issue if I have guests in there. I would recommend having the pool key location available in the unit, I could not find it my first night, I called the emergency contact number and that was not any help, I found the key in a bowl on a shelf by the tv the next day.
