The unit is well appointed and tastefully decorated. One very nice feature is dual air conditioners for the living area and bedroom that actually work! The patio provides a nice view of the ocean and pool area. It was a great place to hang out and eat breakfast or read a book. The unit is close enough to the ocean to hear even the small waves and very peaceful at night, so much so that if you leave your window open the waves lull you to sleep and there really isn't much additional noise.
The property is extremely well kept with the pool, pool furniture and beach furniture cleaned every morning. The resident manager is very friendly.
If we return to Kona, this unit will be the place we will stay again.
It is a well equipped unit that we stayed in for four weeks.
Highly recommend this unit for a couple wanting to relax on an ocean setting.
