The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Located just below the Keauhou Shopping Center and around the corner from Keauhou Bay, you'll be close to lots of great shopping, dining, banking, movie theater, water sports, fishing, snorkeling, golfing and more!

It was a beautiful place, however there was not enough laundry soap. We stayed for 7 days, with 6 people so we went though a lot of towels. Also there was a ant problem too. Overall we loved it!

This is an amazing condo in so many ways, large and small. First of all, the condo complex itself is very nice with mature landscaping and good maintenance. The condo is in an ideal location in a very private corner of the complex. We were there for 4 weeks and other than the complex staff, we rarely saw anyone walk by our lanai. The large screened lanai was just amazing. Having the screening made the lanai feel much more private and made this large condo seem even larger. There is a private large lawn area out from the lanais of Building 6 with a gas grill and charcoal grilling area with lighting out at the edge of the lawn. Although it isn't obvious in the condo photos, there is a lanai screening panel that slides opens to the lawn area. The condo is well appointed with lots of nice extra touches. There are plenty of towel rings and bars in the bathrooms and even a towel bar in the kitchen. Loved the lights strung in the ceiling of the lanai. The folding laundry rack was also very helpful and great for beach towels and swimsuits. The dry bar on the lanai was a very nice touch...especially having the extra small fridge for canned drinks. The dry bar countertop was really pretty...dark gray with blue flakes that either faded to dark blue or became iridescent light blue depending on which way you looked at it The washer and dryer were top notch and the dishwasher was so quiet you barely could hear it. The owner is the author of a published book about Big Island that is a good read. It's in the drawer below the TV. If you are considering this first floor condo due to mobility issues, be advised that there are 6 steps up to the front door (4 then 2) and you will not be able to use the assigned parking space in front of the condo. There are plenty of guest spaces just beyond the Building 6 parking area.

The Knutson & Associates staff were very helpful and quick to respond to a minor issue we had. Their app was great and the check in/check out process very easy.

This place was perfect for our family of 7! We loved the location, so close to the beach for watching the sunset or whales in the distance! And the this courts (pickleball as well) and pool and ping pong table were a fun bonus! The place was clean and we loved the view from our corner unit. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again!

I would suggest that it be made clear that the parking spot for the unit is NOT available. Also a small stool for us short people would be a plus. Loved the privacy this unit offers and found it comfortable for our month's stay. The lanai is particularly lovely as it is screened in and comfortable.

This was our third time staying at this condo and we will be back again. Close to a shopping center that has everything you need, 5min drive to town and a 2min walk to see the green flash at dusk. You have everything you need.

This was such a great stay for us. Close to everything, and with a beautiful view from the lanai. It's also just a walk across the parking lot to enjoy the sunset on the cliffside over-looking the ocean. Keep in mind you will be required to pay an additional $49 for a damage protection plan and a rental agreement you will have to sign with the leasing office. Also AC is only included at an additional cost as well, but we didn't end up needing it. Also the Roku in both bedrooms didn't seem to be working, and the master bedroom has a very thin sliding door adjacent to the living room, so if there is anyone staying in the living room you will hear everything.

The apartment is as described. Big, clean, nice, BBQ available, assigned parking lot in the middle of a golf court. Nice views and amazing sunsets. Notice that the rental doesn't include air conditioning. The cost is 25 USD per day. However, the apartment is not hot, so maybe you won't need it.

My wife and I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The lanai was very large and L-shaped. The (new) A/C worked extremely well and we were always comfortable. The complex is on Keauhou Bay, a 10-15 minute walk from the best snorkeling cove in Hawaii, so very convenient. The 3 tennis courts were in great condition and even had lights for playing until 9 P.M. The gate to the complex and the door to the unit are opened with a keypad code, which is very convenient. Bring your own bath soap, although shampoo and conditioner were provided, as were dish soap, laundry detergent, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The washer and dryer are in one of the bathrooms and worked very well. There is no housecleaning service during the stay, which is how we like it. The TV cable was not active, but one of the two TVs had Netflix and some other subscription services, which we used to watch shows. From the lanai, which looked out onto a small lawn, you can watch mongooses frolic and gorgeous saffron finches land to eat off the ground. There are a number of gas grills available on the grounds, although we didn't use them. We highly recommended renting the unit!

I highly recommend this condo in Kona. It's exactly as described, very private, comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room has lots of comfortable seating as does the private screened in lanai. We had 4 Adults and one teenager but the condo never felt crowded. We ate on the private lanai and watched and listened to the many birds in the area. This condo is truly delightful and we would stay again. I would also highly recommend Knutson property mgmt! They had great communication before, during and after our stay. This was one of the best rental experiences we've had. Kudos to them!

Unit was as expected with few issues. Cook ware lacking somewhat but overall we were satisfied and had a comfortable stay. The geico on the lanai did his job every day.

We stayed 5 nights, and the condo worked out amazingly. Lovely to have a full kitchen and be able to make meals since many of the restraunts weren't open.

Walking in, we were pleasantly surprised with the size and layout of the condo. It was spacious and quiet. A beautiful, serene setting to relax and forget our worries. It was close enough to Kona where we could shop and play, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town.

The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Well stocked with towels, beach coolers, etc. Located a short walk from a snorkel beach, and a 2 minute drive from a shopping center (groceries, restaurants, etc). The pool was typically empty and was warm and relaxing. The grounds were beautiful, clean, and quiet, save for the tropical birds. :) Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The Condo at the Condo was in a great location, the property was maintained but could use some updates and minor repairs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others! Very nice pool to use during hot muggy days and the beach is just a short walk away.

Very nice rental. Beautiful corner unit. Loved the screened lanai. Could use a little more Tupperware otherwise kitchen stocked well with everything. The living room blinds need a bit of attention. Missing a couple of blinds and on one set the handle to turn the blinds closed is missing so there is no way to close them at night. We had someone sleeping on the pull out in the living room so it would've been nice to close them at night. The sheets on the king bed in the master were too small and came off when you got into the bed. We loved all the extras in the lanai cupboard. Having a cooler was nice and the boogie board and beach items were appreciated. Overall it was a nice rental and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location and upkeep.Very clean and pleasant. Beautiful wrap-around lanai with view of golf course. On the down side - Furniture, beds and art were low quality. Polyester sheets on a super soft bed. One broken chair and sliding closet doors didn't slide. Called rental company and assured they would take care of the chair and other items, but they never did and never called back.
