Kitchen has good facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
While the airflow created by ceiling fans helped, the unit needs aircon to allow a good nights sleep.
The property managers were very responsive to our minor requests.
Laundry room was decent... clean.
Would 100% book this place again!!
Had a bug problem tho, and we had to rethink bringing food into the rental. Bugs were present in the bathroom & kitchen, and there were more then just a few...
Overall, a great place, although the trade off is the normal night time traffic and critter noises expected with a downtown location. We throughly enjoyed our winter getaway to Kona and this rental was perfect for a home-away-from-home.
The condo has everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. The rental agency checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Customer service was fantastic.
I would highly recommend the rental agency and the condo.
The best part, in addition to racing, was being able to swim in Kailua Bay everyday!
