The dining area has a table for six, to accommodate formal meals or card games. There is a large-flat screen HD for guests to enjoy in-home entertainment. This unit is one a few units in the complex that offers a split system for air conditioning (as opposed to the older, window mounted air conditioning units). The Fujitsu system provides a comfortable, consistent and quiet indoor environment, all while being environmentally friendly. Cools the rooms in a matter of minutes and allows you to easily control the temperature room-by-room.
The showstopper of this unit is undoubtedly the expansive, open-air private lanai that features spectacular ocean and island views. Furnished with a patio table and four chairs, guests will enjoy the beginning and ending of each day soaking in this view.
