This beautifully remodeled and spacious second-floor condominium on the Coconut Coast is one of the few units at Kaha Lani with two lanais and is also one of the closest units in the resort to the ocean. While staying at Kaha Lani, you will enjoy the stunning views, peaceful sounds, and refreshing breezes of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This fantastic property features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the secondary bedroom (an aero-bed is also in the home, to accommodate 5 people). With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. This home is over 1,000 square feet plus almost 300 square feet of outdoor furnished lanai space for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, your evening glass of wine, and everything in between. With easy access to private sandy beaches, parks, and the historic town of Kapaa, Kaha Lani is centrally located to enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful island of Kauai. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well stocked and the location was perfect. The views are spectacular - we even saw whales from the lanai. Could use updating, but everything worked for our family of 5 adults. Complex is very well maintained and great walking path that runs for several miles along the coastline. Be prepared to rise early with the roosters.

My only stipulation was that I wanted to wake up every morning and watch the sun rise from my patio. This place delivered just that and more! It was the perfect spot for an affordable getaway. Just 10 minutes from the airport and a Safeway tucked away in a beautiful community. We’d been to the island before and wanted something a bit more centrally located so we could easily drive up to Princeville or down to Poipu. We had our two small children with us and the twin beds were perfect for them and the master bed was SO comfortable, something I always worry about. The community pool is small and the shallowest part is 4 ft so keep that in mind if you’re bringing small kids. The waves are also intense on the east shore so swimming isn’t an option at the beach but we knew that going in...we just wanted the view! We spent most of our days on excursions and at the beach in Poipu. Also, I’m sure there’s laundry on site (we never needed it) but there isn’t any in the condo. Lastly, if you didn’t know...roosters and chickens run wild on the island (google why...it’s interesting!) and this property is no exception. If you’re sensitive to a 5am wake up call from a rooster bring a sound machine. There are wonderful fans provided in each bedroom that add some noise but my husband whose extremely grumpy in the morning needed something a but louder.

You can’t get a better view! We were so close to the water. It was great falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Great location. It was well equipped. It could use some updates especially the dining area furniture. But we give it 5 stars for the tremendous view.

Our stay was so delightful , relaxing , waking up to incredible sunrises each morning, sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean was so magical!
The condo is very comfortable , well maintained and stocked with everything you need, and extras !
The location is perfect in the kappa area , central on the island, allows for ease in any directions , for your island adventures.
The walking path and bike bath , made daytime or evening rides to the Market place for dinner in the cafes so enjoyable .
The near by Lydgate park was a great beach area and playgrounds for our family , and the pool with pool side grills for barbeques , made evening gatherings perfect !

Overall stay was excellent. Condo was exactly what we were looking for with our family of 4, kids had their own room and bathroom. View was awesome and only 100 yards from beach. Fairly equal distant from north and south shore so convenient day trips both ways. Definitely would recommend.

Convenient, central location for exploring the island. The property was clean and well-maintained, although furniture was a little dated. Good communication with property management company. We were able to walk to a near-by resort for happy hour, and drove to other locations on the island to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view from the unit!

The Condo is absolutely beautiful, and the view you get is one of a Kind!! I am beyond happy with my stay the condo had everything I needed and more waking up to that view every morning was just out of this world. Definitely will be booking this rental in the future!

We found the location to be very convenient whether going up north or down south. Grounds were beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The beach out front was nice and the proximity to Lyndgate Park was an added bonus. Special shout out to Steve (Security). Super nice guy - helped us with the BBQ grill and other things.

Was a great well equipped condo, have stayed at more than 10 different units at this resort. Stayed multiple times in same unit for past 20 years. Very nice and comfortable. A few things to make this unit shine. Have either a hideabed or even better a Murphy bed, or even a queen size blow up bed. Nothing better than sleeping in the living room listening to the waves all night long. Only complaint is the turning on of the TV had trouble getting it to start up, this went on for the whole two weeks we were there. Luckily I was able to get it to somehow work. 4.5 stars

This was a wonderful rental right on the beach with an amazing view! Right next-door to a park with great swimming, and a disc golf course! The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked. Even though there was no AC we had wonderful ocean, breezes, and ceiling fans. the only small negative was the beds in the second bedroom were very hard.

Do you want space and an ocean view, or do you want a resort-like feel with no possible ocean view and one room? We had 5 people, so we went with space and view. I did miss having the resort feel though.

The condo is clean and well equipped. The washer/drier comes handy after a full beach day.

The pool is also nice and it includes grills to bbq your own food there.

The location is perfect. Not too far from North shore and not too far from South shore. And you can walk in 4 minutes to Lyndgate Beach, an amazing protected cove ideal for small swimmers that want to do some snorkeling

This rental was great for our family! We enjoyed the quiet condo-neighborhood and walking path that went right to Lydgate Beach! We used the grills, which were clean as well. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable even without central A/C. We slept with the windows open. The one complaint was the roosters crowing early in the morning (round 4-5 am) frequently. We would definitely return to this condo!

What a great location! Perfect for day tripping to the north or south and so convenient to Kapaa, Lydgate Park, and Lihue—for quick take out and shopping, etc. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We’ll stocked kitchen and beach locker! Everything we needed to enjoy our time there.

This unit is located in the Kaha Lani resort less than five miles north of the airport. This is a good location for shopping and exploring the island as Lihue and Kapa'a are nearby. Our 2-bedroom unit was on the second floor with an excellent view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals although a bit small for more than one person to work at a time. There is a well maintained walking path along the shore.

If you don't mind slogging through a 10-page rental agreement, this is a wonderful choice for your visit to The Garden Island.

Kauai was wonderful place and this condo was the perfect location. The surf and wind was pleasant and carried throughout the condo. We found a very clean unit with decent furniture and comfortable beds. Extra snacks and lots of beach gear were appreciated. I hope we can come back soon.

The condo is equipped with everything that is needed for a beach vacation. It is located with direct access to the beach and a great pool on the premises. Loved listening to the sound of the ocean at night and watching the sunrise every morning. Although there is no AC in the unit, there is a good air draft as you open all the windows and temperature is pleasant.

Roomy unit with comfy beds. We spent 5 nights here and found everything we needed! Unit provided laundry pods, dishwasher pods, coffee, a few cookies, even beach towels and a great cold fridge. We loved the location and the view. There was a strong ocean breeze through the unit when we opened all the windows. Furnishings lovely, beds comfy.

We arrived to a very clean and beautiful condo with more amenities than we expected. The owners were very caring and suprised us with a gift card to assist with our trip! The condo had everything you could want for playing on the beach or in the water. The location was perfect and was close to everything we wanted to explore. This place was also quiet at night and had everything a family could want.

This was a beautiful place to spend a vacation! The ocean wave crashing noise was a constant relaxing bonus to the beautiful views and trade winds blowing through the rooms. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and the bed was COMFORTABLE which is so important.
