Take the elevator or stairs to your over 2,500 square foot living space situated on the second level and provides a large open kitchen adjacent to a 900 square foot great room. The great room has a 70-inch tv and a large open concept. A home that's made for vacationing with full kitchen amenities and an extra fridge on the lower level. Bringing your fur baby? The front porch has a gate for your pets at the top of the stairs and a high-top table to enjoy the outdoors.
Fun awaits! The perfect gathering place to relax and unwind after a day soaking up the sun and salt air or hiding away from the occasional rainy day.Head down to the lower level in the elevator to the game room which boasts a sleeper sofa, tv, pool table, Pacman game, game table, and plenty of room to relax in the bottom floor 1,000 square foot game room that is air-conditioned!
There is an extra-large master suite with a king bed, large tv, a private deck with a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. Additionally, the master bedroom provides access to the privacy fenced backyard to let your fur baby go free. The master and one other bedroom also have limited ocean views. There are two queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and a connected bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a twin daybed and a tv.
The elevator has plenty of room for all your luggage and vacation needs. A huge outdoor shower awaits after a day on the beach with hot and cold water with tons of privacy. The house has plenty of parking and is only three houses from the ocean and is even equipped with a standard electrical vehicle charger.
