This pet-friendly property was built by Jack, a cherished ambassador of the Ponderosa community in which it resides. A family and outdoorsman, Jack had a passionate love of the mountains, hiking with his dogs, climbing, and adventuring in the wilderness. He now shares this hand-crafted home with you to make your own memories with your family, just as he did with his own.
Step into the embrace of nature at “Jack’s Cabin” (Permit #000493), a uniquely crafted home nestled along the picturesque Wenatchee River in Plain, Washington. This pet-friendly property, built by the beloved Ponderosa community ambassador, Jack, invites you to create your own memories with family and friends, mirroring Jack's passion for mountains, hiking, and wilderness adventures.
This quaint and cozy 1200-square-foot home is an ideal retreat for couples, friends, or families. The bright and airy great room steals the spotlight with picture windows framing the serene forested riverfront. A propane fireplace sets a comfortable ambiance for movie nights or morning coffee conversations. Modern comforts include fiber internet, TV streaming services, and a DVD library. The well-stocked kitchen and a spacious dining table for four make meal preparation a breeze. The main level features a private bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate laundry room caters to all your linen needs.
Upstairs, a large open loft space hosts two additional queen beds. For those preferring separate beds, a fourth travel mattress is available upon request.
