Construction Notice 2/10/25: Spall repairs are currently underway on the ocean-side units. Please be aware that construction noise may occur between 8 AM and 5 PM. Access to the lanai will be restricted from early February until mid-March. The project is expected to be completed by July 2025.
This 10th floor unit completed renovations in December 2023! The bathroom was extended for added functionality, and the kitchen now features a custom lower bar, perfect for dining or as a workstation! The unit comes fully furnished, including a luxurious leather sofa - perfect for sinking into as you enjoy a leisurely day gazing out at the crystal blue waters! With a 180-degree ocean view, this one-bedroom condo at the Ilikai Marina is the ideal spot for both vacationing and teleworking!
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.
The property manager has been providing fully furnished condo rentals to travelers since 1965. Book with confidence, as we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Plus, you'll save when you book directly with us!
Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
