We would highly recommend this place, and hope to stay again.
The pool and hot tub were great - my son loved swimming around in the pool in the afternoon.
The lanai was great and we ate most of our meals here.
The house is also in a good location - it's about 15 minutes to downtown Kona and a 40 minute drive in the morning to the harbor if you're going diving.
It's also an easy walk down to the Outrigger (it used to be the Sheraton) and the boat ramp there.
The one downside is that the house backs onto a golf course and they are frequently cutting the grass early in the morning (between 6 and 6:30 am most days we were there). My husband slept through it, but it often woke me up.
