The top floor includes a beautifully designed living room that features an open, airy and bright floor plan that flows into the gourmet kitchen. The Chef's kitchen features a gas stove top, top of the line appliances, a large refrigerator with multiple freezer drawers, and is fully stocked with cookware, plateware, and glassware.
The Primary Bedroom is located on the lower level and features a King Bed, large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet! Enjoy your own private ground floor outdoor lanai with lounge chairs. The second Primary Bedroom is also located downstairs with a King Bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a guest bedroom with two full size beds and private ensuite bathroom. The main living area also has a half bath making it easy to entertain guests and family!
