Situated on the furthest South edge of the property, Building 17 stands alone, providing unparalleled Pacific Ocean and neighbor island views, including captivating sunsets that grace the skies nightly. Keep an eye out for the magical spectacle of Humpback Whales breaching during the winter months.

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome has been lavishly appointed with no expense spared. This two-story home also includes central air conditioning throughout, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, and provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for your use during your stay. Please note that there is no elevator available for guest use in this home, so be prepared for stairs.

The grounds at Ho'olei feature a stunning pool with a cascading waterfall, a grotto, a sandy beach area suitable for children, and two Jacuzzis for your relaxation. Adjacent to the expansive pool deck is a fitness center and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available. This is a gated community with 24-hour security.

Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are welcome to dine at any of the resort's restaurants and book spa appointments. However, please note that access to the pools at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa. Additional shopping and dining options are just moments away at the renowned Shops at Wailea. Top golf courses and tennis clubs are also less than a mile away.
