Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM, strictly enforced.
Enjoy this condo year-round, ideal for skiers with Heavenly Valley's Stagecoach Ski Lift across the street. It features assigned covered parking and an elevator (currently out of service). The condo offers two bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodating six people. A full kitchen, washer, and dryer provide home conveniences. In summer, explore the nearby Tahoe Rim Trail. Tramway Market and Fox and Hound Bar and Grill are within walking distance.
Important:
The responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
