Welcome to Harbour House, a two-bedroom, two-bath hotel condominium located on the second floor of this unique, boutique-style complex situated at 450 Old San Carlos Blvd. in the heart of the Times Square and waterfront district on Fort Myers Beach. This condo is just steps to the beach, the bay and the new Margaritaville Resort. Staying at Harbour House Inn Unit you will find yourself in the middle of all the action, yet just far enough away to retreat back to the seclusion of your incredible condo. Park in the covered parking garage and take the elevator to the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the beautiful elevated heated pool and hot tub. There is also a community room and outdoor seating area. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers. Heading down to ground level and out onto San Carlos Blvd. you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Times Square and Margaritaville are directly at the end of San Carlos Blvd. just a short walk from the condo. Directly across the street from the condo take part in various boat rental opportunities, dolphin sightseeing cruises or sunset cruises. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals can be found in the Times Square area for those with a more adventurous side. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels and a private laundry area.
Enter into the open-plan kitchen and living areas. There is vinyl wood flooring throughout. Decor is beachy/nautical. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and hard surface counter space and an elevated peninsular dining bar with three high-boy bar chairs on the living area side. All the essentials are provided for full meal preparation if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a glass-top range with self-cleaning oven, built in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. Also in the kitchen is a table with four stools, as well as stacked washer and dryer behind louvered doors. The adjacent living area is furnished with a sofa with accent tables and lamps and an upholstered recliner. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the pavered furnished balcony overlooking the street and Wahoo Willey's bar.
The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, ample closet space, a corner upholstered chair and a five-drawer chest with wall-mounted flat screen TV above. The bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner upholstered chair, a three-drawer chest above which is a wall-mounted flat screen TV and ample closet space.
