Welcome to your Island Paradise! This canal front home on the North end offers a prime location just steps away from Pine Avenue. Indulge in delightful lunches at the nearby restaurants only a short stroll away.
This two-story home features water views from living rooms, dining area, and most of the bedrooms. Enter through the ground-level foyer and ascend to the first-floor main level with a spacious open floor plan that features the living and dining area and kitchen. It is equipped with all modern appliances, offers ample counter space and plenty of storage for all your vacation snacks. Walk along the hallway to the sleeping quarters. The bonus Florida room on the ground floor serves as a hangout space with a large flat screen, a full-size pool table and a board game area. This area is under air conditioning. Step straight out from this room to your private backyard with a gas grill and boat dock for a true island escape.
