Hale Moi 112 B is affectionately called The Plumeria Suite because of the area's abundance and popularity of the fragrant Plumeria flower. Feel free to pick them and place on top of your ear like the locals do.
This unit offers:

* Breakfast bar with mid sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster (no stove/oven)
* Outdoor Grill and new Gazebo
* Free WiFi

* All linens and towels, stocked mini kitchen
* 2 mile walking/jogging path outside
* Views
Enjoy everything Princeville has to offer with its stunning mountain views right off the lanai, sunsets at the lookout a few steps away, walking distance to 1 Hotel with incredible ocean views and fine dining. Additionally a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay for daytime fun in the sun or a 15 minute drive to the end of the road for snorkeling at Tunnels or Ke'e, and hiking Hanakapiai. Also, Princeville Shopping Center and Makai and Prince Golf Courses.
Hale Moi 112 is divided into two units; Units 112 A & B, each approx. 500 sq ft, and each having its own lockable, private space. The only common area is the entry hallway before proceeding to your unit.
This unit is considered a one bedroom unit by the County of Kauai but functions like a studio as the 'bedroom' does not have walls.
There is no formal kitchen with major cooking appliances nor a washer and dryer and we limit stays to 5 nights because of this. Please plan and pack accordingly.
We've stocked as much as possible in the unit so you can eat and enjoy without major cooking appliances; included are a rice cooker, crockpot, blender, coffee grinder, colander, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, plates, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, utensils, flatware, etc. Beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs are also included.
Property Manager is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.
Hawaii Life/VRBO bookings: Guests must sign a rental contract within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.

Kauai is a great place to snorkel, hike, zip line and enjoy beaches.
