Description
The spectacular woodwork in this home is gorgeous, with large native ohia posts as the staircase centerpiece, beautiful finishes with ceiling fans throughout the home, and even a solar attic fan. Open all the screen doors and windows and let the Hawaiian trade winds blow through. Outside, the mature landscaping includes many fruit and coconut trees.
Hale Anuenue Nuku is centrally located in the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision between the villages of Kea’au and Pahoa (only about 20 minutes SE of Hilo). You are conveniently located to the swimming and snorkeling in Hilo, and Volcanoes National Park is only 40 minutes away. Plus you're just a short walk to the ocean from the home. Ask your property manager about fantastic parks nearby!
Hale Anuenue Nuku sits on a full, private landscaped acre. The outdoor lanai gathering space is perfect for outdoor BBQs or coffee in the mornings. This home sleeps 2-6 comfortably with room for 2 more on the comfy sleeper sofa. The master suite has a Cal-King bed and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The open loft has a Cal King bed. The house also has all of the modern amenities that you would want in a vacation rental home including Spectrum cable TV & high-speed internet with wifi, TV, DVD/CD player, DVD collection, washer/dryer, and even a pool table!
