The large wrap-around porch beckons with ample seating, a propane fire pit, and a hot tub, creating an ideal setting for relaxation while listening to the soothing sounds of nature.

Inside, the two-story great room combines a cozy living space heated by a wood stove (firewood not provided), making it easy to curl up under a blanket on the sofa with a good book and feel right at home.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, and electric range. The dining area features a one-of-a-kind custom-built dining table with plenty of seating for gathering around a home-cooked meal. Two private bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen bed, and a full-sized bathroom with a toilet, sink, and a shower/bathtub combo complete the accommodations.

Upstairs, in the open loft (mind the steep steps), a master suite awaits. A seating area with Localtel Cable television and DVD player offers a space to unwind and watch a family or romantic movie. Curtains open to reveal the master bedroom with a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. A private bathroom with a tiled shower, toilet, and sink provides the heads of the household some privacy away from the main floor bath.

The newly renovated daylight basement, accessible via exterior stairs below the balcony deck, adds 400 square feet of living space. This space features cable TV, a Foosball table, a bathroom with a shower, and a stackable washer and dryer.

Only minutes from Lake Wenatchee recreational area, Fish Lake, the town of Plain, and a short 30-minute drive to Downtown Leavenworth, the “Guten Cabin” offers the perfect balance between activities and relaxation in this home away from home.

 Winter Guests Note:  4WD/AWD and/or chains necessary during winter months. No Exceptions!
