Latitude Adjustment is a privately owned unit within the Gullwing resort and has undergone renovations in late 2021 to modernize and differentiate it from other units at the resort. Renovations include all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and sinks, with new vinyl flooring and modern light fixtures throughout the unit.
Owners have taken extra steps to try to ensure that you have the best experience possible! This condo has well-stocked cabinets if you intend to cook, with plenty of cooking tools as well as a Keurig, an extra wide toaster, and even a wine cabinet!
On the beach side is a spacious master suite. The bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the ocean and also has a door leading out to the spacious beachfront lanai. The large master closet provides extra space for storage. The master bath not only includes a dual vanity, but a separate room for the toilet, oversized jacuzzi tub, and roomy walk-in shower.
Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the inside of the unit, set aside from the main living area, and perfect for families or groups that may want some separation from time to time. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two twins, with an extra twin air mattress in the closet.
The kitchen and living area are spacious and open concept, with granite counters in the kitchen, a dining table for 6, a separate wet bar (or workstation if you must use your laptop!), and an open beachfront living room with a large flat screen streaming television. The living room (with sleeper sofa) opens with double glass doors to the lanai. The lanai looks directly over the beach, which is relaxing for morning coffee, a mid-day snack, or beautiful sunset views. The table and chairs allow enough space for six to eat a meal or play a game.
Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit.
Latitude Adjustment at Gullwing is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina, movie theatre, and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island connects its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. A trolley is available from directly in front of the resort to the Times Square area where there are numerous clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key Park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away and a CVS (in Santini Plaza) is within easy walking distance.
