IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING GULF TOWER:
*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Beach Front Balcony, (1) Elevator, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Grill, WIFI
*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle MUST have the parking pass FILLED OUT COMPLETELY and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed or fined by the association. Gulf Tower has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.

GULF TOWER UNIT 8B:
This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit at Gulf Tower is centrally located in Gulf Shores on West Beach. You can enjoy the views & sounds of the Gulf of America from the enclosed Gulf front balcony or walk downstairs and put your toes in the sand!
The Living Room offers a sleeper sofa, two easy chairs, and television. Adjacent to the Living Room is the Dining Area, which features a table with seating for 4, and fully stocked Kitchen. Enclosed at the end of the kitchen is a laundry closet which features a stack washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1 offers a Queen size bed with dresser and ample closet space. There is also a private bath within Bedroom 1 that offers a tiled shower, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. The spacious Balcony can also be Accessed from the Gulf front bedroom.
Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed with dresser and ample closet space. This bedroom also has a television and the hall bathroom is just steps away! Tasteful decorations make this unit very relaxing!
Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.
Gulf Tower is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
