Description
Gulf Crest 2005 is a beautifully renovated spacious condo in Panama City Beach. It sleeps up to 8 people.
Enjoy all the comforts and privacy of a vacation rental, but with the security and amenities of a resort. Feel secure during your stay with 24-hour security which is always a plus and ensures a peaceful night of sleep assured in one's security. Also, enjoy two community pools outside, or perhaps soak in one of the hot tubs nearby. Either way you choose to unwind, take the chance to do so, and perhaps make a couple new friends along the way.
Gulf Crest 2005 features an open floor plan which is sure to give your experience a fresh and open feel that will never get crowded. Plus, with large and plentiful windows, you are assured plenty of natural lighting to give it just that much more of a welcoming feel. As you explore, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, sophisticated white cabinets, as well as plenty of counter space. You are sure to find the kitchen the perfect place to whip up a feast that your guests are sure to love and remember fondly. You'll also find the living room the perfect place to sink into the plush couches as you watch some show or other on the provided television.
If you continue exploring, you'll find the dining area that is perfect for enjoying a homecooked meal together or to spread out and enjoy an afternoon of cards or other group game that can allow the competition to soar. You'll also find a balcony perfect for sitting back and enjoying the fresh coastal air as you drink a cup of warm and roasted coffee from the Keurig as the sun peaks above the horizon casting the sky the colors of autumn as its round form caresses the top of the ocean.
If you continue looking around, you'll find the master bedroom complete with a king bed that just begs you to plop down on it's comfortable cover. You'll also find a private bathroom which is always a perk; as well, enjoy private access to the outside patio. You'll find that the guest bedroom is equally as comfortable and features a comfortable queen bed and private bathroom. In the living area, you'll find twin bunk beds and a queen size sleeper which ensures that there is always plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out. Further, the bunk beds are sure to be the perfect place for any little ones that have decided to come along for the ride.
Don't forget to visit the poolside bar (seasonally open March - October) for your favorite beverage on your way to the beach. If you're looking for evening entertainment, Mrs. Newby's is right out front with drinks, darts, and live music.
This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
