As you enter you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan! The kitchen has been nicely updated and is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal.
The living area is welcoming and a great place to kick your feet up and relax after exploring all Maui has to offer. Complete with Flat screen TV and window AC unit.
Primary bedroom features King bed for the perfect night's rest. Complete with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit and en suite bathroom.
Guest bedroom offers the perfect set up with two full beds, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, window AC unit and en suite bath.
Full size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.
The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping with resort style amenities that include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants, World's Top Beaches and Five Star Hotels.
Please Note: This unit is on the top floor. There is no elevator at Grand Champions.
The Lanai furniture was updated in 2023. There is no longer an umbrella on the lanai.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025
