ID Verification: A valid government ID matching the booking name and credit card is required before check-in. ID Verification is required for all booking parties.
Utilities Usage: Daily electricity usage is limited; excess consumption may incur additional charges. Crypto mining is prohibited.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Additional charges apply for violations.
Guest Responsibility: Any damages, excessive mess, or unauthorized laundry use may result in additional charges.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Noise complaints leading to police visits may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. Cats require a refundable deposit.
Inspection Period: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of check-in; otherwise, the unit is accepted.
Outdoor Cameras: Tampering with security cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction. Firearms are strictly prohibited.
Maintenance & Repairs: Hosts reserve the right to access the unit for necessary repairs.
No Mail Delivery: The property cannot be used for receiving mail or establishing residency.
