The complex with its Gulf Drive address runs parallel to the beach and is within steps to the white sand. Get your toes sandy in a jiffy! No excuse to miss a single sunset evening! The Getaway is elevated on the first and second floor, conveniently close to the covered parking spot and the heated pool.

There is one covered parking space and one uncovered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spot at the property of which you need a parking pass. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.
This property requires 2 week rentals with Saturday arrival for Feb and March dates.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
