Fanta Sea is located only a 7 minute walk to the Gulf beaches and is made easier by a beach cart to carry all your beach items. The list of extra amenities is long: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach cooler, grill, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, ping pong table, outdoor shower, just to name a few items.

Rinse off the sand after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower and hop in the 30 x 10 ft pool or the spa for another refreshing moment. There is a gas grill to cook your catch of the day and also plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family. There is plenty of parking both in the garage and in the driveway.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

This property is protected by door bell surveillance.
