- No smoking of any kind is allowed (tobacco or cannabis) in the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty fee.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste - loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
