More Details
- Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard, except three closets, which store items needed to service the property.
- The pool is a community pool about 0.3 miles from the home. Its hours are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from March 19th through December 2nd. A key fob, which will be at the house for guests to use, will be required for access. Next to the pool is a community dog park and playground. Only those registered on the booking are allowed.
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside or outside the property.
- Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed. Maximum of 2 dogs . Pet fee at $75/pet/stay. Please coordinate with the host that you are bringing a pet.
- Party/Events Policy: Parties are not allowed. Events will be considered upon request.
- According to the city and HOA ordinances, unreasonable noise is prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Host can speak Spanish, Portuguese and German
