Enter into a small mudroom area perfect for hanging your coat and dropping your bag and head up the stairs to the sunny, spacious living room. The open-concept space features wall-to-wall windows with mountain top and city views. Relax in the living room with plenty of seating for your party or enjoy a meal at the dining table for eight. The breakfast bar offers additional seating and a cozy spot to chat about the day's adventures over a snack. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck with a full-sized grill and two Adirondack chairs. The kitchen provides a coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator for all of you home away from home convenience.
Up one small flight of stairs, find a queen bedroom with flat screen TV and adjacent bathroom with shower. Up another small flight of stairs, come to the primary suite featuring a king bed, small deck, and en suite bathroom with separate shower and tub, plus a walk-in closet. A twin bedroom loft with bonus nook with two additional twin beds are just up one more small set of steps -- perfect for the kids.
This unit has one covered, designated parking space.
The location is close to Town Park and walkable to Telluride's free gondola. Central to all of Telluride's shopping and dining within blocks in any direction.
