The kitchen is dressed with stainless steel appliances and there is a dining table with seating for six. Enjoy the cozy wood fireplace and flat screen TV in the living room or step out on the patio and sip your morning coffee while breathing in fresh Colorado air. The patio is set with a BBQ and chairs if grilling is your passion. Don't want to cook, your in luck as there are lots of yummy restaurants to choose from in the Town of Avon or up at the resort.
Make your way down the hall to find full-sized washer/dryer for your added convenience, guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and the bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and en-suite with shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a double bed. Both rooms are set with comfy mattresses and hotel quality linens for the most comfortable nights rest.
Conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Creek Resort in Avon. Walking distance to Nottingham Lake and ski shuttles and on the City of Avon bus route, (short walk to bus stop). There is a gorgeous riverside walk/bike path that goes from Edwards to Vail immediately behind the unit. There are also public picnic tables and BBQs in the grassy area behind the unit near the river bike path. The ideal place to picnic and enjoy the sun.
