Description
Beautiful 2BR house with two high quality king foam mattresses and fenced yard. Perfect for dogs and long term stays. 1mi from Duke University, 1mi from Duke Law school. Very close to: RTP, UNC, Duke Hospital and downtown Durham. Basketball hoop in driveway (basketball provided) and a very enjoyable outdoor deck connected to the master bedroom that leads into fenced yard. Washer and dryer make this location ideal for long term stays.

They are hand picked and provided in partnership with the Mattress Firm and are available at a discount to guests through an arrangement that we have with them, ask in chat. We welcome your sore back on our bed; we know that you will love them and get a great night's sleep!
- High Quality Sheets! What’s the point of having an awesome mattress without having soft, comfy sheets? Our units boast 100% Organic cotton cooling percale weave and soft breathable bed sheets and pillow cases. Lay down, slip into them and enjoy how fresh and comfortable they are.
- Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi! If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.
- Samsung smartTVs in most units, with 100+ channels of TV Plus along with your popular streaming services.
- 24/7 Customer Service: Having any issue with your stay, want to make changes to your booking or need help? Customer service is available to you 24/7. Customer service inquiries are typically answered by the owner or a decision maker. We do not outsource or use robotic overseas workers to answer your chat. You are ALWAYS talking to a manager and we love to help.

Registered Guests Only: Unregistered guests are not allowed. Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund. Additional charges apply for disturbances or security dispatch.
No Unauthorized Parties/Events: Events require prior approval.
ID Verification: A valid government ID matching the booking name and credit card is required before check-in. ID Verification is required for all booking parties.
Utilities Usage: Daily electricity usage is limited; excess consumption may incur additional charges. Crypto mining is prohibited.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Additional charges apply for violations.
Guest Responsibility: Any damages, excessive mess, or unauthorized laundry use may result in additional charges.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Noise complaints leading to police visits may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. Cats require a refundable deposit.
Inspection Period: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of check-in; otherwise, the unit is accepted.
Outdoor Cameras: Tampering with security cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction. Firearms are strictly prohibited.
Maintenance & Repairs: Hosts reserve the right to access the unit for necessary repairs.
No Mail Delivery: The property cannot be used for receiving mail or establishing residency.
Late Check-out / Early Check-in: Available upon request and subject to approval.
