  ★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★ 

• No smoking
• Do not turn off the hot tub.
• Kindly avoid parking in front of our neighbor’s house
• An additional $300 cleaning fee will apply if signs of parties or celebrations are found.
• Business activities are not permitted during your stay.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and loud music is not allowed after 9 PM.
• Dishwasher detergent is located under the cooking top cabinet. Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Hand wash any utensils that don’t fit.  
• Laundry detergent is provided. Place all dirty towels outside the bathroom door.  
• In winter, avoid using the thermostats on ‘Heat-Only’ mode 
• Cover all outdoor furniture, the grill, and the hot tub when not in use.  
• Do not turn off or adjust the temperature settings on the hot tub.  
• Clean the grill thoroughly after each use.  
• In the game room, cover the pool table, hang the balls and cue sticks on the rack, and neatly box all games after use.  
• Store all food in the refrigerator, especially during the summer months.
• Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply for any violations.
• Pets are permitted only with prior notification and approval. Bringing pets without notification will result in a $300 fee.
• The garage has been converted into a game room, so please do not attempt to open the garage door.
• Pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet, per stay.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Please report any damages that occur during stay
• Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
• These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
• Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
