This 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home offers 40' of water frontage on Stanton Creek, which leads into Little Lagoon, expansive sunrise views, & is Pet Friendly!
The Living Room has New Furnishings, which include a Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, a Swivel Side Chair, Television, and offers balcony access. The adjacent Kitchen/ Dining Area is fully stocked with both large and small appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals during your stay. The Dining Area offers seating for 6 with bar stools for additional seating.
Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor with Queen Bedding and Private Bath with Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor and offers King Bedding, Private Bath with Double Vanity & Standing Shower, as well as a Private Balcony with views of the Gulf. Both Bedrooms 1 & 2 offer Televisions and walk-in closets.
Bedroom 3 features Queen Bedding and Bedroom 4, or Kids Nook, has two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds. Both Bedrooms 3 & 4 feature Televisions, and share a hall bath with Tub/Shower combo. The Laundry Room is located on the main level and offers a full size washer/ dryer, with a Half Bath for guests located just across the hall. Each Balcony offers seating for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, as well as awesome views of Stanton Creek, which leads into Little Lagoon. Bring your boat, kayaks, or water craft of choice, to enjoy this amazing property and all it has to offer!!!
