Lower-level bunkroom: 2 Full over Full Bunkbeds, Sofa Sleeper. Private river access / No smoking /2 dogs under 40 lb, additional $25 per day per dog / No parties MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email/text.

Each with a privacy curtain & its own shelf and electrical outlet. There is also a full-size sofa sleeper in this space as well as a Smart TV. 2 full bathrooms on the lower level, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub shower combo. High quality linens are provided for all beds & bathrooms.
You will love the open kitchen/dining/living room with a panoramic river view & all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with an island. The dining table seats 8-10 & 4 more barstools at the island breakfast bar. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer & a 2nd refrigerator. The guest bathroom on the main floor was designed with river living in mind & can be accessed from the side door coming in from the river.
Parking for 6-7 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. 3 parking spots by home and 3-4 vehicles at the top of the hill. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video cameras. This property includes accidental damage protection that covers up to $3000.
