This lovely newly renovated, spacious and luxurious, 2000+sf 3rd floor, 3 bedroom condo offers the best possible location for visiting the theme parks and attractions or attending the Convention Center next doo. Just a 10 minute walk tothe S & N Concourses. West Concourse is 23 minutes door to hall.
Our condo sleeps 6.
The open-plan kitchen/ living area allows the cook to join in the conversation and our fully equipped kitchen, replete with granite work tops and brushed stainless steel appliances, has everything you might need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal.
Perch on a bar stool or enjoy our striking dining room. The kitchen opens onto the living room with a handy desk, comfortable seating area and 55" Smart TV - so bring your Netflix account!
Just beyond the living area is an oversized balcony. Enjoy the Florida weather, and eat breakfast or dinner outside at our al fresco dining table fpr 6!
Our lovely, calm master suite has a king bed with super luxurious new, Euro Plush pillow top mattress and a vast en-suite bathroom with his-n-hers double vanity, large walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub plus screened toilet.
The guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king and another with 2 twin beds. There is also a full family bathroom in this area. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and high quality linens.
Pack light as there is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo so you can have space in your suitcase for discount shopping at one of Orlando's world-class outlet malls.

There are 2 heated resort pools,2 resort sized jacuzzsi hot tubs, tiki bar, kids pool, games room, movie theatre, clubhouse, concierge, fitness room, 2 mile lakeside path, resort shop, grocery store, drug store and restaurants next door and easy walking distance.
Vista Cay is simply the best location! 1.5 miles to SeaWorld, 3 to Universal, 6 to Disney, 10-15 mins to all the malls and airport and 5 mins to over 150 restaurants.
If you are a golfer this is golf paradise with many fabulous courses close by.
Walking distance to Orange County Convention Center and International Drive. 20 - 25 min walk or 5 minute drive to hundreds of restaurants.
