For the boaters in the family, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the Ocean will be a favorite. The Channel 5 Bridge is a short ride, and you can be in the Bay in no time. There's a gorgeous Walking Trail not far from the Property that leads to the Bay. You also have access to the Pickle Ball courts, and Basketball court, there is also a Kids Playground at the Church. There is access to a boat ramp in the neighborhood.
